i wouldn't be so quick to praise all orphan-minders. Some of these orphans who grow up in orphanages are not really "loved" by anyone. You must remember that unemployment in "Africa" is very high, and any job is welcome, for whatever little pay you receive. Some don't work out of love for the children, but rather out of desperation for money.
