and just for your information for the whole 1600 years the maronite people have been in existence for it wasnt until around 150 years ago that arabic began to be spoken commonly and not until the 1930's that the church books and maronite litereature were changed to majority arabic...so go and do some research and stop acting like some obsessed freak who is probably just trying to fit in at school !

Try doing some reserach.... the maronites of lebanon are a mix of both the ancient phonician people who first dwelled in lebanon and that of the syriac-arameans who came over to the lebanon mountains with saint maroon approx 1600 years ago! just beacause lebanon was invaded by the arabs(whom actually come from arabia that being modern day saudi arabia) doesnt mean we are arab in origin!!!

What does coming from Colombia have to do with anything? My mom comes from Colombia but she has French, German, Basque and Arab ancestry. In Shakiras case she has Spaniard, Italian and Lebanese ancestry.
