The world record for the spin and glide are less than 2 inches apart using the spin and glide so there really is no superior technique
well the spin is superior to the glide, not significantly but it is nonetheless.
but the glide should always be learned before the spin to learn how to use the force and speed before projecting the shot. the glide, usually learned in high school still takes alot fo master. the spin usually learned in college takes a long time to learn because u have to remain ballanced while holding a 12/16ib shot
