Guys, think about it. 5 lives were lost to nuclear malfunctions last year? Well Whoopdeedoo! What about the over 5,000 troops that died in Iraq? Besides, nuclear energy, statistically, is the safest source of power. While I don't disagree with renewable energy, I still think that nuclear is where we should be headed. It's cheap, safe, clean,(the glowing green gloop doesn't really exist!) and most importantly, our future. (But I do wonder how many windmills it would take.) ;)

To give as argument in pro of the nuclear energy the conflict of Iraq is to do cheap demagogy. I´m agree with you in whom it is a better solution that the fossil fuels, but it´s not a good solution for the dangers that it has. If you want to argue on clean, sure and economic energies not only exist the windmills there are a lot like solar, biomass, mareomotriz, etc...

Chernobyl not is a big negative example? There are a lot of best energies how solar. NO NUCLEAR
