This song moves me to tears. It so truly sings out the feelings inside so many of us when we wonder at the crazy pain around us. The video is really interesting too. This is one of those songs that as a musician I'd love to cover, but usually anything worth covering is done so well in the original, it's hard to do it justice. I really dig the choices Bill made with this though - the guitars, the weird but simple sounds in the back, the short sweetness of it. Rock on, thanks for sharing.Rachel

Yeah so my favourite song for a bit was Rock bottom riser, now I'm going through my Bowery faze, but I always play this song before of after I listen to Bowery. Red apple falls is my fav album too - for the moment - That darned widow!!

i/m glad to see someone else loves bowery. i wrote a paper for my english class on its amazing lyrics. that and bathysphere are my favorite smog songs. he's a genius.
