The problem with American money is that it is not related to REAL production.
GDP should not include the change in wealth based on speculation (stocks, commodities, etc.).
GDP should only refer to PHYSICAL increases in productive wealth.
When GDP includes ephemeral attributes the system becomes ephemeral.
