Were? You probably mean "where". Between an emulator (highly unfamiliar territory) and buying the original cartridge off Ebay, the latter is the safest legally.

You probably could get one off Ebay or a second-hand store. Otherwise, Google works wonders for finding things.

Search. It's all I can say. Being a bit hard to find, they could run at probably $40 as a quick guess, but with 10% certainty on that, it's highly unreliable.
