I was five years old in a trailer park in Colinga, California when some friends taught me how to ride a bike, and it was an adult-sized ladies bike, lol. Such a good memory--my friends got me up and running and away I rode.

Boy them were the days when kids rode bikes that were twice the size of them, and possibly weighed more than them, where have those days gone? Now you see kids riding around on cheap mountain bikes, and no more the big heavy cruisers from the 50's. My parents said that those steel monsters from the 50's were what everyone rode in their childhoods, ten year olds riding 76LB cruisers made of solid steel and a leather seats, with fat tires and shiny fenders.
