Now remind me why I pay STATE and CITY tax??? so these guys can devise underhanded tactics to TAKE MORE MONEY!!!..shit...I live in Manhattan AND don't have a car...but this still pisses me off!! FOR MY FELLOW AMERICANS AND NEW YORKERS!!! I'm a manhattanite..and I still would VOTE NO!!!

the SOLUTION for cleaner air is ELECTRIC CARS!!! That should be put FIRST. Then a track system for employees to arrive to work..and once congestion is relieved...develop places for people to properly STORE THEIR BIKES!!!! Healthier for the Air for everyone...Even healthier for the people (riding bikes) and not one has to suffer their POCKETS. Never hit an American in the pocket.

NOTE Congestion Pricing is a plan by the FEDS to start putting "control" plans into each city. New York was the first "test pilot". They were promised millions of dollars. They are looking for ways to deplete YOUR POCKET and use it against you to control and "watch" everything. Orwell is getting closer! AND NOTE..when NYC bridges were built...the tolls(claimed then) to only exist until the Bridges were PAID OFF. but what happened? The money was too good! It NEVER went away.
