I just accidentally watched people lose their lives and it's all in the name of entertainment and it's made me feel sad. But you can't show tits or ass or naked bodies on youtube. Nudity never ever made me sad. These screwed up priorities annoy the shit out of me.

Couldn't imagine the fear of hitting the cold water and sinking down being trapped. Very terrifying indeed. I hate it when other people think it's all fun and games and simply 'amazing' to watch. This is not Hollywood, real people actually lost their lives that day.

sad story

I witnessed this when it happened, It was November '99 aboard the USS BONHOMME RICHARD (LHD6), an amphibious flat top, not an aircraft carrier. Specifiically it is for Landing/Helicopter/Docking. 8 Force Recon Marine's and one Recon Sailor died that day. I remember seeing their wife and children at the memorial service. I would be grateful if you showed some respect to the fallen and their loved ones. It was not "amazin". It was tragic.

A number of men have worked on, flown on, or piloted CH-46's. The last time I worked on one was in 1985 and I believe this crash ended the life and career of a crewchief that I use to go up with on test hops. I have memories of many of our crechiefs.
