its a beacon, so that the people who put us here can locate us again when they send the 2nd jesus to judge us all, and saturn records everything we do and will relay it to jesus who in turn will have seen everything we did in our lives, and how the human race failed miserably.

It's real. As for this being normal, well, there's not really much in space that IS normal! This is data from instruments on Cassini that has been converted into audio data. Sort of like how a radio works.
