I liked this theme more than the original Adam West theme.

I love it omg especially the Explosion I love humming it Its so awesome mysterious. They changed the reputation of Batman to a mysterious eerie look. not the ridiculous other Batman shows

What an eerie intro. I love how movie-like this intro feels with the WB bumper in the beginning. Back in the day when WB cared for its animated shows and these shows didn't patronize kids.

this show was amazing. its timing, the editing, the mood, the design, the writing, pretty much everything - top notch. definately one of the best, and darkest kids cartoons ever ever.

I'm not referring to the animation style (most 80's American cartoons were animated by the Japanese). I'm referring to the sappy plot lines, sickening characters, annoying pop music, horrible hairstyles and moon-sized eyeballs.

Still, while some of the animation from this series was inspired by anime, the primary influences are obviously the Fleischer Superman shorts of the 40s.

Exactly my thoughts these days! No moral or depth anywhere anymore. I actually learned english at a young age because of these cartoons.

Agreed, this stuff was epic win.

It's like everyone's afraid of being un-politically correct ... if they take one toe out of line, they're sued. It's insane. They're so paranoid, the shows are reduced to terrible puns and physical humor. And nothing more.

Yea BM The Animated was quality, it was comade by Fox and WB if I remember. Too bad they're so afraid of Political Correctness that no one (including ABC/Disney) even shows the "Looney Tunes" anymore :(! That was quality..IMO kids tv went down hill after the mid-90's (with a few quality here and there)!
