my friend and I both have cerebral palsy like cristey and my friend got dumped because of it like cristey. i wish people would just get past how handicaps look.

That just sucks. I have cerebral palsy as well. It just kills me to know that people can be THAT ignorant. Girls never tend to acknowledge me at all. They just see "the chair and my 'retarded' features." However, there are also many that want to get to know me. They love and care for me, and can appreciate my awesomeness. There are many sincere, smart and compassionate mates out there. Maybe your friend just had their eyes on the wrong sort of people like I did. Theyre sure to find someone.
