It´s a game called mugen.

i downloded it but i can't get any other players than that kun foo kuy. so how do you get more players.

Search on internet with the text "mugen chars". Download them and after that decompress in mugen/chars foulder. With a text editor edit the select.def and follow the instructions on the [Characters] line. The name of the character wrote there must match the file which is on chars foulder. Example: kfm must be kfm, wrote on the [characters] line. Also try find more info on google (mugen wikipedia works).
