Air New Zealand will be looking to make a compensation claim to Boeing for delays in the Boeing 787 aircraft.
8 of the hi-tech carbon fibre planes are on order by Air New Zealand, which Boeing claim will reduce fuel consumption by 20%.
They will have to wait until 2012 - about the time Peak Oil will really be hitting it's straps.
