You know, I've had a real fucked-up version of a scene in the first episode in my head. And it contains all the original voices and art. After Mary says "Relax, you talking furball", Dukey pounces on Mary, and screams "FUUUCK YOUUUUUUUUUU" into her face. Dukey then starts to gag, and then throws up into Mary's mouth, killing her. Susan then comes in the picture. She yells "What the fuck is wrong with you?!" Dukey then turns his head towards Susan's head, while growling.

Dukey then gets up, leaps up to the ceiling while roaring, then lands on Susan, with his asshole in front of Susan's mouth. While growling, he then starts to pass gas. He then says "Oops! I need to take a shit!" Still sitting down, he then started shitting in Susan's mouth. Dukey didn't care about Susan's muffled screaming, and proceeded to shit. When he was done, Susan then got up, shit surrounding her mouth, moaning, while walking dizzily. She then shows her ass to Dukey...

Revealing her shit-stained jeans, with a bulge in the center. That bulge grew bigger, along with the shit-stain, until her jeans burst open, emitting tons of bloody shit from her ass. She then started to scream as her body got lighter, for she was now shitting out all of her own organs. When she lost her organs, she then collapsed, and died. Johnny couldn't see anything, but he managed to hear all the hollering the girls and Dukey made.

On top of that, Johnny also managed to know what Dukey made the girls do, so he refused to come out. However, he died of starvation weeks later.
