No he was a heel. He hasn't been a face(good guy) since his wrestlemania match with Taker. But he sometimes gets the reaction of a face. He's loved here in Toronto.

randy looked really cute i think when he turned all iceman they were trying to make him seem more ruthless, like when edge beat undertake 4 the title via mark henry's help. i hope he gets arrogant and funny again
