2007 Dodge Sprinter Van.

The Mercedes Sprinter is widely considered in the rest of the world to be(along with other vans like the Ford Transit and the Toyota HiAce) one of the best vans available. Millions of them have been sold. It made perfect sense to bring it here rather than designing a brand new vehicle. And think about the timing. In terms of fuel efficiency, the Spriter outdoes just about every other full sized van on the market. That has resulted in high sales nu,bers with the high gas prices.

Yeah! If anything, the Ram Van should have been redesigned in 2004 to make it more modern, not replace it with a crappy German rebadged Mercedes van. It doesn't help that Mercedes could easily do a version of the Dodge Caravan.

Damn, I still wish the ram van was still in production. It would beat out the econoline and gm vans, especially if it had the new 400 + hp hemi or the cummins with over 650lb torque.

This is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. And Dodge make a copy Like the Japanese!! But i Like Dodge and Daihatsu!!

They never "copied", Dodge is in partnership with Mercedes. Mercedes just decided to sell their vans to North America. So they made it a Dodge.
