The 11th British Fireworks Championships was held in Plymouth on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 August 2007.
This Video was taken on the second night of the fifth team to display - 1st Galaxy Fireworks of Nottingham.
It is Britain's largest live showcase of the fireworks industry. Six professional companies competed in the event - all determined to win the title British Fireworks Champions 2007.
Held every year in Plymouth, the event was expanded with the launch of the Welsh National Firework Championships and the Scottish National Championships both of which formed heats for the British Firework Championships in Plymouth.
Each competitor staged a 10-minute display. The fireworks were fired from Mount Batten Breakwater with 3 spectacular displays each night (9.30pm, 9.50pm and 10.10pm).
