I dont like being fed the ball because i find its pointless, when your in a match its a whole different story, the ball is coming at you 15x faster and you dont know where its going to go, maybe being fed the ball will help a beginner understand the form but i find playing more and more sets will help you get better.

drilling helps you be ready for all match situations and to perfect consistency footwork technique and placement

yea well if its before a match then thats a different story but when your practicing on a daily basis its better off to play sets

Cross over ... ready position?!? Footwork is instinctive based on the ball hit to you ... where you hit the ball ... where you anticipate the next ball to go ... I'm off to look for your videos on using the 'shake hand grip' and the one about putting your leading foor forward when hitting a forehand. You're out of date dude.

johank02....no really who need crossover just do side 2 side...it will save time and not tripping your self on the process....just attack the ball set your self 4 next incoming ball...

after hitting the ball I just reverse step once and then side step. I probably am using more energy but I think its faster and i can afford it ..
