How to install a wireless Netgear Router

Netgear sucks. I changed all my firewall settings, reset the router. I even made sure my ethernet cables were good. Don't buy this crap.

one ethernet from the router goes to ur modem and the other ethernet goes to the pc

my computer does not have an Ethernet port. isn't there some kind of adapter i can use to go form ethernet to USB or something like that??
