I agree. It looked a little too generic too, I think the styling of the classic stil looks great today, in a timeless sort of way

This must be a 1986. They changed the grill from vertical ... to horizontal ... in 1987

They were still making them in 1987

I think the Ford ownership has let quality down tbh. Mind you British Leyland weren't exactly tops when it came to build quality.

Sorry, Land Rover did even introduce the range rover concept until 1970, you must be confused with something else. But I cant help you with what year this as it from, obviously its quite old.
