I hate this damn bridge. I almost freak out when we take loads of coal over it.

My bro and law freaks out when he takes NJT Atl City High Rollers over this bridge, I tell him he is a pussy, but I can see ur argument, all that heavy loads of coal, ud think it would make the bridge collapse.

The riverline tracks go under the delair bridge
I know.
You were right on the RiverLINE tracks. They were not in service in 2002. They opened in March 2004.
No, the RiverLINE is in Camden NJ. This is Philadelphia. The tracks you see the train passing over are Conrail SAA and connect Frankford Jct to the yard where they store tank cars for the local chemical plant near Bridge Street.
Not the the bridge tracks, the ones below the bridge. The RiverLINE goes from Camden, NJ to Trenton, NJ
The video was taken on the Pennsylvania side of the Delair Bridge. The RiverLINE runs on the New Jersey side.
Then what were the tracks below the bridge?
The tracks you see the train passing over are Conrail SAA and connect Frankford Jct to the yard where they store tank cars for the local chemical plant near Bridge Street. Type "Conrail SW1001 9421 9422 Kensington and Tacony Branch" in Google for a photo of a Conrail train there.
