#1 chs lacrosse goalie highlights

ok goalies wear a vest that had little or no arm pads but a rib pad. you wear no arm pads only gloves and you have a neck guard. as a goalie you are going to get hit a lot and the ball is hard. if your not used to it its gonna hurt but you will get used to it. its not really dangerous unless you get hit in the nuts with no cup on or you get hit in the throat. you also might break a finger or thumb. i just broke my thumb two weeks ago. it hurts but youll be fine
