Honestly, guys. Settle down. It's not like the ferret doesn't have a mind of his own. He was curious. That's what ferrets do. They didn't "MAKE" the ferret do anything. He was curious, he got to lick the pepper, and found out he didn't like it. It's not cruel. He was fine. And as for the water... my ferret PREFERS water in a glass over a water bottle/bowl/dish, and would DEFINITELY not drink any milk offered to her. Just saying.

It's actually Order: Carnivora, Family: Mustelidae, Genus: Mustela, Species: Mustela Putorious, Subspecies: Mustela Putorious Furo. So they were correct in saying that they weren't Rodents they were Carnivores because they're both Orders.
