The Daewoo Statesman happens to be a Holden Statesman. Built in Australia by GM Holden. Most of the cars up there were designed after GM took power over Daewoo. No wonder they're so much better.

well, I used to have a daewoo leganza 98 CDX... and guess what.. I didnt have any problems with that car, all what i was doing was ...regular service..and thats it.. I think they were briliant cars.. and sometimes I am realy think to buy again a decent leganza.. good luck..daewoo aint that bad overall!! Hyundays,,..good shit on wheels!!!

Daewoo really sucks. I just hate this car. It's so poor. Actually I have subaru b9, but I used to have hyundai sonata and it's much better then daewoo. I crashed my 2005 Sonata, on 140 per hours and stayed alive. That wouldn't happen on Daewoo
