The pain of losing these companions that were loved and respected is compounded by the cremains that were never returned, cremains that tested as entirely wrong species of the original pet and the doubt associated with cremains that were returned but never tested. To all those affected. Please accept my condolences. If it helps know that the souls were gone from the bodies long before this. The remains are what we focus on and it is hard on us but our loved ones are free to be pure spirit.
