the "speeding up shit" actually happened. Since then, they've made the effort and play up to speed now. Do some research and watch earlier concert footage, then watch more current ones. As far as I know, Ultra Beatdown (their newest) is the only album they haven't sped up.

well I'd say it is believable that they used to speed their stuff up cos they used to be hopeless live (partly cos of playing drunk) but here's a compromise we can make- they used to speed it up but won't need to in future cos they've improved as musicians to the point of being able to play their own stuff at the correct speed. Does that sound acceptable to you? I hope so cos I hate arguing on the internet... :)

i dont doubt but they do in fact speed up the guitar a bit not by much but its true i watched the much music vid on it

no Dragonforce are actually really good live- the 'speeding up' shit you've heard and taken as fact is actually misinformation spread by haters. I was surprised too but they're actually really good live.
