The 'Smoke Nazis' are basically criminalizing trivea. They want smoking banned in bars because: "What if we want to bring our children to the bar." ?? Did everybody forget any cop'll tell ya, 'It's a perfectly legal substance'...

Oh yea, another thing the Smoke Nazis feel is more earthshatteringly import than the legislation of REAL criminal laws is, 'People must smoke 21 feet away from any door'...

Businesses are private property. If you don't want to be exposed to smokers, don't work there, or don't go there. If you don't like restaurants that allow smoking, don't go to them. What is the justification in making laws CONTROLLING PEOPLE'S BEHAVIOR?

if you choose to smoke, that's your decision. but dont make it the burden of others. why should others have to suffer because of your disgusting habit? we're not forcing businesses to go smoke-free, we're asking them to support it and become smoke=free if they want to. and guess what, 90% of all business in PA are in the process of going smoke-free right now. so theres nothing left for you to complain about. you lost.

That might be true, but when when the government tells a business that no one can smoke is when most people have a problem.

Im usually agasint smoking bans, becasue its unfair to smokers, (Im not a smoker btw) But that was a very good comerical. The only one Ive ever seen to make any good argument to ban smoking
