In the storyline, it wasn't that they were "step-brothers," but "half-brothers." They had the same mother, but they wrote it in that Paul Bearer would be revealed as Kane's father. Are Undertaker and Kane related? Absolutely. Are Mark and Glen related? Absolutely not. Remember, they're characters, so yeah, the characters truly are related, but not the wrestlers who portray them. Is it really that hard to understand?
