The plan is that Moscow shall think it is the USA that`s behind the attack and lunch an retaliation strike back towards the United States of America.. Nuclear Winter wants a WAR between the SOVIET UNION and the USA and is therefore planing this makeup..! As Red Oktober hear of the plan and Nuclear Winter`s betrayal of mother RUSSIA, she decides to join forces with FREEDOM FORCE to stop Nuclear Winter from succeeding with his plan! FREEDOM FORCE have managed to stop most of the nuclear missiles but there is still one left to go: the one headed for PATRIOT CITY where Freedom Force is based! Nuclear Winter want`s nothing more than to destroy the city and this time Freedom Force needs to hurry as the missile is only five minutes from reaching the city! As Freedom Force take care of the last missile, Nuclear Winter and a few soldiers enter the place where Freedom Force are, wanting to "take care" of them personally.. This time he is way stronger than before (in Freedom Force 1) and has a triumph card on his back! Unfortunately for Freedom Force, Nuclear Winter isn`t the only one with evil plans! Charles Wilsson, head of the CIA, have a plan of his own!!!
