Ahh, I see. Thanks very much for the response.

as far as how high the ball should be when it is truck, i find that ideally it should be between knee and waist, but sometimes you have to hit the ball wherever it is -- like when it jumps up suddenly if your opponent hits "heavy" with lots of topspin. then you might have to hit ball above your waist, and then you should closing the racquet face a little more (not completely) as you strike the ball. also, in that case, you would not simply hit upwards, but more across your body.

the racquet face should always be a little open (slightly towards sky). a lot of people make mistake of letting the face close (towards ground) as they strike the ball. this is because they believe they need to get "on top" of the ball to hit topspin. but physics shows that the face should be slightly open in order to give the ball the proper lift to not only send the ball over the net, but also to hit a nice deep shot.

i think it's pretty good

How high should the ball be when you hit it? And should the racket head be facing down or straight ahead? Thanks.

This tennis video is one of the best! about backhand that i have seen on you tube for a VERY long time. This video Instruction is very important, and well done! I personal would like the first racket shoulder turn back, and the important instructions about the first move, with weight balance to the back foot and then forward body weight balance into the hit (I personal think the backfoot also is allowed to be a little to the side before moving into the hit(the footwork) included in thisV.Whit1/2

2/2 With this videos Instructor, then i would say this is the best video, you can spend your time on, on court. You will probably be supriced how much control, and extra capasity you`ll get on court!! Good job Instructor!! The prove for the 45* foot-angle ..put the racket on you shoulder behinde your head self lying, and see it will allways point in the fly direction of the ball.

slice back to his -forehand i suppose! uhh or try to open up on it and if he hits it short, put it away using sum topspin-winner.

ugh, that hurts my shoulder.

Jesus, put some leg and back into it man!
