For those unaware, this isn't supposed to normally happen, as the Guardians are only supposed to appear when violating a map boundry or other such anti-rule. Meleeing the missile should have not caused my death. I was on LOCAL, so there was NO lag. Also, even if no one's around for the kill, I did come in contact with the coil which hit the missile, which should have meant I should have suicided. The missile was stationary when I hit it the 2nd time. My shields were fully recharged for approx 50 milliseconds before the hit took place. Try another reason people. i did that with a mongoose before and it said by the guardians

It rolled over and hit you. Since it wasn't a vehical the game chose to tell you were killed by the gaurdians.
