It was one of the first console games published by North American subsidiary, American Technos. In the Western version, the plot follows high school students Alex and Ryan as they cross River City in an attempt to rescue River City High and Ryan's girlfriend Cyndi from the clutches of a villain called "Slick". Along the way, they battle with gangs of students and several minibosses. Song is: River City Rammstein by Mazedude. Notes: The music is Mazedude's awesome cover of the boss battle tune. I don't think the video quite lives up to it. As always, I don't claim to be a pro at these games, just a life long fan. One of the biggest inspirations for Code Monkeys was River City Ransom. I believe they even did an episode tributing it.

i honestly find it hard to believe somebody could enjoy that show not being a fan of RCR...
