Datsun 280z turbo 10 sec (Zperformance Racing)

What tranny are using?

We were using the stock turbo automatic with some performance work done to it, but it would not hold. We have since switched to a Ford C4.

Awesome performance. I used to have a 280zx Turbo that did 11.9 in 1991, stock block too.

What's up Franky, Have you given up on riding the big Suzuki? Are you now only racing your Z. Is that flash commentating in the back ground? Which track is that? Reggie

Well thats just another vid of why the head is so important. You don't need a fancy bottom end to get some numbers. :] Just port that head out as much as possible, use a good cam and get going! Flow makes all the difference. Pretty sure thats why he said let me bolt my head to your block. Am I anywhere close to your dirty little secret? :P

We do a little different stuff to our heads that seem to make a little more power.
