They canceled the show because the elite that the show talks about is pissed that there plans have gotten out into the media. I think I understand what you're saying. Yes, the 4400 was something like the 3rd most popular show on USA network and they cancelled it. Ridiculous. They should have told the show that it had 1 more season left so it could die with dignity.
