Guys if u want to learn jump smashes just search in Youtube for Kenneth Jonassen (Denmarks national player). That is a much much better video from a real professional world class player. This guy needs more coaching sessions.

guys I have played my last badminton matches 3 years ago, I continue playing since last month, I love smash shots but how can i reverse the situation if the smash was for me. I can hit it a two or three but thats rare for me to do? any comments on how can I catch a smash? pls. and thank you!

before ur opponent smashes i think u shld get back to the middle n look at the angle the opponent is making the wrist action

a cear shot gets the bird high and to the back of the court aim to get it clear.. usually a defensive shot... a smash is to hit and direct it to the ground directly. most aggressive shot in badminton. usually dilvered when the bird is mid court with no distance just hight...

your footwork is not that good, you have problems with your balance after hitting the shuttle. that costs power and your not quick on court.
