THis is an old Irish traditional song that has it's roots back to the biblic ages. Americans took and and reamde it twice as johniee comes marching home or something and translated it to the "animal go in two by two". Get over it... America is not the whole world....

The Irish song is call 'Johnny I Hardly Knew Ye'. Although I have to admit, the 'animals' version fits the tune better.
