I'm just guessing, but I think the reason why they're not showing foster's on tv is probably b/c of the new shows & cartoon network wants to give the new shows a chance to shine or something and then they'll bring back foster's cartoons. Like I said, I'm just guessing. But you can still watch foster episodes on the cartoon network website go to videos click tv shows & then you will find the foster's videos.
