Daimler Dart SP250: 1964 Oldtimer Ride

My father owns 2 sp250s. One he drives on a regular on the streets, the other is for show. Just thought id pass this along that the sp250 is still alive here.

A lot of people don't realise the police (constabulary) used these as persuit vehicles in the early 60's. I still don't know of a smaller hemi motor at 2.5L. I drove a friends car some 20 years back, no synchro in 1st was fun, but typical of the era, but the doors flying open on corners was very scary, as fibre glass body on the car flexed quite a bit! It is a shame that the Daimler name doesn't release a modern Morgan Aero 8 type variant of the SP250.Lovely drive thankyou.

Sweet car and the music is appropriate. I seldom listen to music more recent than 1950 in my DD6 ;-)
