"ICE" hockey, lol...it's hockey...any other type should be called by IT'S playing surface (ie ball/field/roller hockey etc)

Wow those refs are terrible. How can that still be a goal. If I was the coach, I'd probably do the same thing...well I'd just leave and bring it up to the higher powers

The definitely was no goal. In every league I've ever played for at least. If a goalie loses face mask it should be immediate stoppage of play.
