i actually thought tony blair was a right muppet when he was in power but in actual fact he was a great leader and Gordon Brown is a right t****r

We've now had a few months of Brown, and I now realise we should of kept Blair. I was always a staunch supporter of him, but it's only now I've seen someone else in number 10 I can apprieciate Tony fully.

blair stood up for what he believed was right even with the knowledge of the political consequences for his career. i have great respect for him because of that, and i ask anyone who has left a comment here saying something like "blair was crap" whether or not they would have the strength and conviction that blair had if they were in the same situation. i bet the truthful answer is no

Blair's the BEST. We'll only realise it in time. He stood by what he believed in regardless of his likely fate at the hands of his own. So ironic.
