If you just want to return it to factory settings, I think you press *#7370# and then the security code 12345
If you want to update the firmware, if it's still in guarantee, you can take it to any repair centre listed on the Nokia website for where you live.

I have this phone and I love it! It has a really good battery, long stamina and it's very nice too! I paid just 20 euros for it...it's a bargain!!!

It's amazing how cheap basic phones are nowadays, they sometimes cost less than the battery of a more expensive phone.
Yeah of course they exist. Loads of people want the cheapest most basic phone possible, they don't care about extras like MP3 players or anything. Phones like this cost about £20 unlocked, you can't get cheaper than that.
