to compair survivorman and bear is stupid, they may be doing similar things but theyre in two completely different classes, im sick of people arguing over which one is better, they each have theyre good points and bad points, if you dont like one, then dont watch and shut the hell up.

I know he gets help from the crew, and he isnt always on his own, and sometime he doesn't even sleep outside. But I don't really give a crap because its entertainment. I was pissed when I first found out he "cheated" a bit, but at least they changed it; now he tells you when his crew helps him. Regardless of the show he is still the youngest man to reach Everest. Bear is awesome and I will continue to watch season 3. Survivorman is cool to :)

This is such a great show. Waaaaay better than Survivorman, IMO. Bear Grylls might have it easier, but he certainly gets into some insane positions and has quite a bit of knowledge about what to do/not to do in a survival situation.

I think I'll stick to Survivorman, which isn't fake.

So he doesnt sleep outside sometimes. He also does more amazing things than many other survival experts combined, and he shows you how to take it when things really go bad. Personally, I dont need to learn how to sleep, I need to learn how to set traps, fish with no hook, and survive. thats what he does
