Christian Bale on The Today Show

im starting to think he just talks in whatever accent he wants depending on his mood !

He is speaking in an American accent because when you are putting on an accent for so long, it takes a while for you to get used to talking normally =]

why is he speaking in a fake american accent?he was on GMTV a week later and spoke in his english accent, but now on american tv he has a diff one? bit stupid!

what the... haha, every guest on the Today Show should speak in a Brooklynish accent. he gets close to his original voice but doesn't quite reach it. he just doesn't seem like himself, however that is. you're too into your roles Christian.

Why is everyone thumbs-downing this comment? It is STRAIGHT on. This Welsh-Brooklyn hybrid accent thing is freaky. I love Christian, I think he's brilliant, but he needs to just relax a bit. There's some issues going on here.LOL... flame me if you must.

thumbs up to you. :D I love Christian, he's awesome. and a fantastic actor. more should give what he does, it's just funny to see him interview in character(s) as well. :) but no doubt, a cool dude. and Heath Ledger was amazing too, to prevent more thumbs down. P.S. love the STRAIGHT emphasis. I'm not gay. ;)
