hey I have seen this video in news also. Very obvious. Either the snake mouth has been stiched (normally happens in India) as the snke is not flickering his tounge anytime. Or the Snake teeth and the Venom has been removed. .... The snake is of no harm without the teeth or if the mouth is stiched..... Poor Cobra
