Why are you all flaming this video? It is aimed at showing a PROPER WAY of doing an exercise, nothing more. Yes, they are skinny, so what? They cannot do this exercise no more? The fact that he is using 45s doesn't mean anything. It's just for a display. And no, you DON'T roll back your shoulders. As he said, you have to keep them straight at all times. Otherwise you're going to make a local chiropractor very happy and rich.

its really not even a proper shrug u want to lift the weight, roll back your shoulders, and then roll them back and then lower the weight and that would be considered 1 rep
