lagging is not always from your graphics card, its also from internet connecting,ram,processes running in the background, and bandwith (couple others but would take up this whole comment).

too bad you fps is limited to 60fps online or else you'l be lagging the server due to your comp taking in that much that everyone with lower specs cant keep up with u. most online game do that
