I am far from being a strong chessplayer and still have a 6:1 score against Chess Titans at Level 10. To show you how pathetic this programm is: After some very poor play from my side in a completely drawn endgame position at level 10 it refused to repeat the moves and actually gave up the opposition and lost the game. If you know how to play a bit and you're tired of getting your arse whipped by Fritz and co. this programm is just right - otherwise forget about it.

Not really. The person playing it performed too many errors. At the beginning of a game, the person should establish a control of the centre, in a way that will enable an offensive against the King. The first mistake was the movement of the knight too close to enemy pawns without its defense. Furthermore, this move did not provide any advantage, and the Queen trade was also useless. However, the death of the King is a quite unusual.

it's a typical computer program all tactics, with no strategy to back it up hence why i said, "pretty decent".. i never claimed this was rybka or something
