Wolves are killed for fun/fur in the main, and this is no reason to take the life of an innocent, beautiful creature. They are NOT, I repeat, NOT vicious at all. They do kill livestock, yes, but that is because they must eat to survive, its a natural instinct that can't be prevented. Besides, the livestock will be sent to butchers anyway, so the wolf is technically doing no harm. There has NEVER been a Wolf attack on a human (unless the Wolf has been ill or mad). And if you fucking rednecks can't stand losing one of your little sheepies, then fuck you. Don't comment here. Also, if you're telling me that Wolves eat only a small portion of your livestock and leave much of it to waste, this is why: Surplus killing is defined as the killing of several prey animals too numerous to eat at one sitting. During a surplus-kill, a predator's killing instinct is continually sparked off by the stimuli of so many prey animals unable to escape, so that the predator cannot stop killing. wolves had eaten only a few parts from half the calves and not touched the rest. Wolves sometimes only eat a part of their surplus-killed prey, like the tail or the internal organs. However, conditions in nature which favour surplus killing are unusual. Consequently surplus killing in the wild is rare, though fairly common in domestic situations in which the prey animals are usually confined and unable to escape the attackers. Sooo... rednecks. ;) Its your own fault for keeping the little sheepies locked up that the beautiful and majestic wolves leave them to waste. With unrestricted hunting, forest clearing and intensive livestock grazing there is little natural prey, therefore forcing the wolves to feed on domestic animals and garbage. John Abernathey in every video you comment, you talk about how the wolf kills elk and deer. Wow, that's ridiculous. You obviously don't know the laws of nature. I have no problem having wolves being eaten by bears, or other large creatures. The same goes for deer, elk, etc... Wolves are not vicious animals and only kill to survive. Where as humans MURDER in order to make money and fame. So in many ways wolves are superior to the human. What else are the wolves suppose to do, eat out all the ants from the ground until they eventually fill up their stomaches? I think not.YOU be realistic

dont get me wrong, i dont mind a few wolves, but any idiot knows that too much of something is bad. the wolf population needs to be managed, something city folk dont understand, just cause you went to Yellow Stone and took a picture of a wolf, once in your life, means...nothing. wolves are animals, they kill, eat, sleep, weekly. if they are so above humans i will gladly sign a petition to put a pack of wolves in your backyard so you can worship them...oh carefull letting pets and child out :)

Wolves are great, but they didn't teach men to hunt. Men developed their hunting skills based on COGNITIVE PROCESSES.

ok think of this. the wolves taught indians to hunt. If the indians never knew how to hunt and get food, they would all have DIED. so they learned off the wolves as they hunted in packs, and snuck up on prey. If we humans never knew how to "hunt" for our food, or get meat in any way, we would all be DEAD. We all need meat to survive cuz back then, they didnt have "vitamin tablets". the wolves have taught humans the main thing you need to survival, and what are we doing to them? Killing them.
